Amazing museum, incredible selection of artifacts. Makes ethnology accessible to anyone. English translations sadly were less informative than the Japanese info.

Expo park central parking lot 400 yen for 2 hours on weekdays Maximum ¥ 800

Photographing of the main building exhibition is permitted. However, use of a tripod, a selfie stick, and a lighting stand is impossible. About plan exhibition and special exhibition, it seems to decide individually.

You might want to go to the Japanese garden from behind the Sun Tower at the Expo Park in Osaka.

The adult fee is 580 yen for the main building and 880 yen for the special exhibition. (Special exhibitions can also be seen at the main building.) Depending on the parking lot or monorail station, you must pass through Expo Park, but if you purchase a ticket, you can pass through it for free. In addition, you can enter a group fee with discounts such as JAF. (490 yen, 600 yen)
